My Story

My name is Danielle and I'm a proud mama to a little boy, Connor!
I'm the Founder and Owner of My Little Sound Sleeper and a certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Specialist.
 

When Connor was first born, those sleepless nights really started to take a toll on our family. That's when I decided to make sleep a priority for all of us. The quality sleep was not only transformative for Connor, but it also helped us become more present, happy, and well rested parents!

My mission now is to support other families who are struggling with sleep challenges.

 

There is not a 'one size fits all' when it comes to sleep. That's why I'll work with you and your family and come up with a personalized approach to get your little one the sleep they need, and get you the sleep you deserve!

ROCKABYE BABY (1 OR 2 WEEK PROGRAM)

Don’t want extra stress during sleep training? This program is for you! I give you full support every step of the way, so you don’t have to go through the process alone. I will communicate with you each day about the optimal timing for naps and bedtime to help take out the guesswork!

SWEET DREAMS

This package is perfect for parents who want help changing certain behaviors or sleep struggles. If handholding isn’t your style, then this package is for you! We will discuss your sleep pain points in detail and I will give you a plan to execute while offering a basic level of support in case any questions come up along the way.

TODDLER PACKAGE

Do you have a strong-willed toddler who is constantly fighting bedtime, waking up multiple times a night, or leaving his or her room to sleep with mommy and daddy? This program is for parents who need help developing a solid plan to execute to change any sleep struggles. It comes with a basic level of support as a safety net.
